Kaia

Kaia - Kaia is a 5 year old brindle Basenji. This breed is unique and Kaia lives up to her standards. She is very quiet but will "sing" with you if you sing to her. She came to our shelter in December of 05 and was adopted by a very nice couple. Unforunately, circumstances had changed with the addition of a baby and Kaia came back to us to find a new home. Kaia is used to going to Doggie Day Care and Dog Parks. She gets along with most dogs, but can be a little grouchy when guarding her place on the couch. Kaia would be better placed in a home with children over the age of 12. Kaia walks great on the leash and knows many commands. She is super clean, house-trained and crate trained. Kaia is a joy to have with us. She's extremely intelligent and has a wonderful personality.
