Hi... I'm Justice. Can I ask you something?<br/><br/>I joined the Serendipity pack on May 1st, and everyone keeps telling me what a wonderful girl I am. They tell me I'm beautiful. They tell me I'm sweet. They tell me I have the softest eyes and the happiest smile. They laugh because the second someone reaches toward me, I flop over for a belly rub—it's impossible for me to resist!<br/><br/>So... I'm a little confused. If I'm such a good girl, why hasn't anyone picked me? Maybe it's because I'm a German Shepherd/Husky mix. Maybe it's because I'm about 85 pounds. But I promise, I'm not as complicated as you might think. <br/><br/>I'm actually a super chill, low-energy girl who's happiest just being near my people. If you're relaxing on the couch, I'll happily relax with you. If you're working around the house, I'll quietly keep you company. I'm not looking for constant adventure—I just want someone to share life with.<br/><br/>I'm 2 1/2 years old, and I spent my early life in a home with lots of other dogs, so some things—like walking on a leash and riding in the car—are still a little new to me. I can be a bit hesitant at first, but every week I grow more confident. All I need is someone willing to cheer me on.<br/><br/>The things I do know? I've got those down!<br/><br/>I'm housebroken, I get along wonderfully with other dogs, I never say no to a tasty treat, and my favorite place in the whole world is right beside my person. And if you stop long enough to say hello...well...I'll probably roll right over so you can rub my belly. It's kind of my signature move.<br/><br/>The volunteers keep telling me my family is out there. I believe them...most days. But I'd really love to know what it feels like to finally have a home of my own. Seniors are special to us, so we offer two options:<br/><br/>(1) If your heart has a special place for the seniors, you can adopt a senior dog for the regular adoption fee of $400 and this becomes a perpetual fee.
