Juno's Story

Meet Juno - Mother, Survivor, Velcro Dog, and Ready for Her Real Forever Home.

Juno has been through a lot in a very short amount of time.

This beautiful ~40lb shepherd/lab mix was moved across three different states in just a matter of weeks. She raised her babies, watched every single one of them get adopted, and then found herself trying to adjust all over again. After recently being returned from adoption, we now understand Juno a little better - and honestly, it just makes us love her more.

Juno is deeply loyal and incredibly attached to her people. She is the definition of a velcro dog. She wants to be near you, follow you from room to room, and feel safe with her family. Because of everything she's been through, being left alone is hard for her right now. Her previous adopters noted she became anxious when left unattended and attempted to escape the home. They chose not to crate train, but we truly believe Juno will thrive with structure, patience, reassurance, and a safe crate setup to help her feel secure while adjusting.

This is not a "bad dog."
This is a dog who has experienced constant change and is desperately looking for stability.

And despite all of it? Juno is still gentle, loving, smart, and trusting.

The highlights:
Spayed
Up to date on shots
Microchipped
Fully house trained (still a QUEEN)
Knows her commands
Dog friendly
Extremely devoted to her people

Juno is not the dog for someone gone 10 hours a day with a busy social calendar. She needs a calmer home, someone around often, and a family willing to give her time to decompress and understand that trust takes a minute when your whole world has changed repeatedly.

But if you give her that chance? You will get one of the most loyal companions imaginable.

She's past the puppy chaos. She's not looking for endless excitement. She just wants a soft place to land, someone to love, and the security of finally knowing she's home for good.

Sometimes second chances become the best love stories.
