Juniper's Story

Juniper came to Foothills when her previous family had to make the difficult decision to rehome her after changes in their life circumstances. She is easily overwhelmed in new environments so she prefers a new owner who will understand when she feels uneasy and can advocate for her as she settles into her new life. She's likely to enjoy hanging out at home, play time, and napping.

Juniper may start off a bit shy when our volunteers first leash her up, but once she steps outside, her confidence blossoms. She becomes attentive to her handler, walks nicely at their side, and happily sits for treats with lovely manners. With a little time and reassurance, Juniper leans into them for gentle petting and shows just how sweet and trusting she can be.

At this time, Juniper will only be rehomed to a family without children or with kids at least 10years of age. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 62lbs Age: 6yrs 6mths 2wks Animal has been Spayed Adoption Fees: $150
