Meet Junior

Junior loves it all: sleeping, eating, snuggling, playing fetch, playing with his doggie siblings, going for walks, sitting on his humans. He just wants to be in the middle of his pack of dogs and humans.

He is being trained to go potty outside every 3-4 hours during the day. This little guy is playful, happy and very much a puppy at heart. He is gentle with other dogs, smart about cats, and will be good in a home with children over the age of 12 due to his size.

He has figured out how to fetch a ball but instead of putting it down for us to throw it, he barks with it in his mouth and seems confused when we don’t throw another ball for him.

Junior is shy at first but very affectionate after he figures out that people are safe. He is a very petite (21 lbs) pitbull mix and is very friendly to other dogs.

Junior is waiting for his forever home with you. Are you the one to make his dreams come true?

Junior would need an experienced owner. No kids under 12, No apartments.

Adoption Fee: $500

San Francisco Bay Area adoption only.

If you would like to meet Junior, please apply at http://www.lovewoof.org/our-animals

Adoption Process:
Once an adoption counselor receives and approves your application, they will contact you (only if you match the animal's needs) to set up an appointment to meet the dog you applied for and/or any of the other dogs in the rescue. If the dog you applied for is not a good match for your particular situation, there might be others that are better matches.

Adoption Fees:
Adoption fees allow WOOF Animal Rescue to continue to provide care and medical treatment (including spay/neuter services) for dogs while we look for their forever homes. The fees also helps cover the ongoing costs of caring for less adoptable dogs that require longer stays in the rescue, or more advanced medical treatment before finding their forever homes.

WOOF Animal Rescue, in Fremont CA, does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes. Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations and rabies shots appropriate for their age, dewormed and microchipped.
