What is Jemez Valley Animal Amigos’s adoption process?

We talk with potential adopter first. Then send a one page adoption (WORD doc) application form. When returned, we have the board review it for approval. Then arrange a meeting with the animal and potential adopter. If the meeting goes well, the adopter is free to take the animal home at that time. Adoption Fees are paid at that time. All medical records are handed over to owner at that time as well.
