Jr is currently at the Douglas County Animal Shelter For more information please call 775-782-9061 Meet Jr! This sweet boy is slowly coming out of his shell and making progress everyday. Our amazing staff and volunteers are spending time with him and helping him build confidence and learning that he is safe. He will need a little extra patience, but we know the right person will see just how special this little guy is. Stop by the Douglas Animal Shelter to meet him! By the way, Jr is neutered, microchipped, and current on all shots -- all ready for a new home. For more information, please call Douglas County Animal Services (DCAS) at 775-782-9061. Or come meet me at the Douglas County Animal Shelter (please call first to make sure I'm still at the shelter). Click on Douglas Animal Welfare Group below for the address and directions. ALSO A "MEET AND GREET" WILL BE REQUIRED IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER DOGS IN THE HOUSEHOLD. ONE LAST THING! If you rent, you will be required to provide written approval from your landlord that you can have a dog. It needs to be specific, i.e. all dogs okay, no big dogs, specific breeds restricted, etc.
