This is JOY!!<br/><br/>***Joy is being fostered in Annapolis area (Sparks, MD) and is ready for a meet & greet!***<br/><br/>She is ~7 lbs and estimated to be around 9 weeks old. We think she's a Shepherd mix (we know her mother who is about 30 lbs full grown) who looks like a Shepherd mix!<br/><br/>Joy is a total sweetheart and is everything you would expect from a puppy! She is happy, loving, cuddly and incredibly friendly to everyone she meets, both human and canine. We know she'd have no problem with cats either. She is a confident little pup who likes dogs of all sizes.<br/><br/>She's also a little silly! She has a cute roly poly body and when she gets excited, her whole chubby little body wags along with her tail. She makes the cutest little grumbly happy noises as well. We are totally in love with her!<br/><br/>She is incredibly easy and sweet and would be perfect for a first time dog owner.<br/><br/>Joy’s story is as follows: Joy and her mom Sparkle (who will be posted for adoption soon!) were found as strays and taken in by a trusted rescuer we work with. Sparkel was a pup that we have been watching from afar for a couple of years and is a sibling to several other dogs we rescued about a year and a half ago. Sparkle had wandered away from the pack before we were able to rescue her and would come and go in the neighborhood. Sparkle recently had baby Joy and the rescuer knew she needed to stop this baby-making cycle so asked us for help. Of course we said yes, especially since we already had helped the rest of the litter find forever homes!<br/><br/>Joy has all age-appropriate vaccinations.<br/><br/>Please note as well that any prospective adopter can do a FaceTime/virtual call with her foster if not local!<br/><br/>Please feel free to email us with any questions about her!
