She's cat-friendly, does well in a crate, and is mostly housetrained. She also knows how to use a doggie door, making her an easy addition to a home with an established routine.<br/>Like many dogs who haven't had much experience with everyday family life, Josie isn't a fan of walking on a leash just yet. Her new family should be prepared to help her build confidence and learn leash skills at her own pace. Because of this, a securely fenced yard is the best fit for her until she's more comfortable exploring the world on a leash.<br/>Josie is looking for a family that understands she may need a little extra patience as she adjusts to her new life.
