Jordyn's Story
FAST FACTS:
* 8 Months Old & 60lbs
* Dog Friendly
* Kid Friendly
* Potty Trained
* Super Affectionate and Funny

Before I tell you about myself, let me tell you where I came from.

I was born in West Texas as part of a litter of 10 puppies. My mama lived tied up in a pen, and life wasn't easy for us. Sadly, only six of us survived. A kind animal control officer named Sergio noticed us growing up with very little care and stepped in to help. The owner surrendered us to him, and he worked hard to find homes for as many of us as possible. When I was about four months old and already around 30 pounds, Sergio reached out to Fetching Tails Foundation because he knew my chances of finding a family would get harder as I got bigger.

And that's how I got my second chance.

Now, enough about my past-let's talk about the important stuff: ME!

I'm a professional toy chewer, puddle jumper, mud runner, and full-time good boy (with just a little bit of puppy chaos mixed in). I LOVE other dogs-like, "let's be best friends immediately" kind of love. I'm always ready to play, but I'm also pretty good at figuring out when another dog needs a break.

I'm potty trained (just let me out first thing in the morning, please!), and I'm trustworthy when left out around the house. No destruction here! At bedtime, my favorite place is curled up next to my people. Snuggling is one of my greatest talents.

I love kids, toys, treats, running around the yard, and basically anything that sounds fun. Sometimes I can get a little mouthy when I'm excited, but I'm just being a goofy puppy and still learning my manners. Speaking of manners, I already know "sit" and I'm eager to learn more because I'm a smart guy who really wants to make his people happy.

I've come a long way from that little West Texas puppy pen, and now I'm ready for a family of my own. If you're looking for a loyal best friend who will make you laugh, keep you active, and then happily snuggle up with you at the end of the day, I might just be your perfect match.

If interested in adopting me please fill out an application on our website at www.fetchingtailsfoundation.org; please make sure you fill in every required field/question or your submission will not go through. Please note that we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care and our bios are our current observations; we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history and as such breed and age estimates are an educated guess.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS:

*ADOPTION FEE: $375

*Be at least 21 years of age

*Have the knowledge and agreement of all adults living in the household

*Have approval from owner of residence (written in lease)

*Have a valid ID with current address (please provide proof of address if ID address is not up-to-date)

*Be approved as a suitable adoptive home by Fetching Tails Foundation

*Be prepared to make a lifetime commitment

*QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR POLICIES?
