Jordan Michael's Story
Jordan Michael is currently in a foster home. If you would like to meet him, please start by visiting www.sccrescue.org and completing an application.

Jordan Michael is a little spark of curiosity wrapped in a soft, fuzzy black coat. Close to 3 months old, this feisty boy is always ready to investigate the world with his nose leading the way—whether that’s exploring new spaces or joining in on a lively round of puppy play. He’s social, confident with other dogs, and brings just the right amount of playful mischief to keep things fun.

Expected to be a large boy when full grown, maybe around 100 lbs, he’s already showing great instincts and structure for his age—keeping to a routine, settling well overnight, and communicating his needs with a bit of puppy chatter. Jordan enjoys human attention but isn’t clingy; he’s perfectly happy entertaining himself with a good chew toy after a busy play session.

Smart, resilient, and food-motivated, Jordan Michael is a fantastic mix of independence and affection. With continued guidance (and plenty of playtime), he’s going to grow into a confident, well-balanced companion.

We love our dogs. We want happy lives for all of them and are looking for the home that provides the best fit for each dog’s individual needs. Please understand that there may be multiple families interested in this dog.

Also, please know that the breed mix listed is simply a guess. In most cases, we don’t know their background. We encourage you to base your decision on individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on our guess.

Please understand, we only adopt our animals out near the Chicagoland area. Questions? Email us at adoptions@sccrescue.org. Hope to see you become part of the SCCR family!
