He just adores people, and his ability to trust and love after everything he endured is remarkable.<br/><br/>A kind woman stepped in when she saw his condition and rescued him, bringing him to SOS El Arca Animal Rescue. There, Jonas received the medical care and slowly gained weight and strength.<br/><br/>Today, Jonas is a grateful, affectionate companion. He follows his caretakers around, gently placing his head in their laps with those beautiful eyes that radiate tenderness and gratitude.<br/><br/>We would love to find Jonas his forever home — or a foster-to-adopt home — in New York for our next transport on December 9th. He walks beautifully on a leash — he practically flies beside you — with no training!
