Jonah

Jonah is a lab mix whose estimated DOB is 9/1/2023 and on 6/18/2025 he weighed in at 64 pounds. He got dumped from a dumpster into a trash truck and a worker heard him crying and barking for help just in time to save him from being crushed. He was then brought to us, and his minor injuries have been treated. Understandably, he is a little timid after this experience. Jonah wants affection and does warm up. He doesn't seem to have had a lot of training, but he really enjoys the interaction and focus so he will likely be easy to train. He will chase a ball if you throw it, but he may not pick it up. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm. Please note that the kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30pm.
