The tumor’s gone, but the side eye remains. Don’t be fooled, though, underneath that “I’ll cut you” stare is a dog who’s learning how to trust. <br/><br/>Lenny is a food motivated guy, which makes training easier. Bribes work on him. He’s kennel trained here, but house training is still in progress. He does okay wearing a little belly band - dont be a jerk about it. He does fine with other dogs and will require another dog in the home to feel safe. <br/><br/>So here’s the deal: Lenny needs a Chihuahua savvy home. A home that understands he’s not here to be someone's pet. You're actually doing him a favor instead. He needs a home that is quiet, patient, with a secure fence. He doesn’t need kids climbing on him, he doesn’t need to be your errand buddy. He does not like being carried, but he will sit on your lap. If you dont respect his boundaries, he will bite you.
