But with patience, he opens up beautifully. Thanks to the hard work of our staff and volunteers, Joey has gained so much confidence and continues to improve daily.<br/><br/>When Joe was running as a stray, a Good Samaritan trying to help him was accidentally bitten, a fear-based reaction from a stressed, scared dog. Joe has shown no signs of aggression in our care and is doing wonderfully with both people and other dogs.
