Heartworm Prevention is given on the 30th of each month<br/><br/>Joey is a new CTDR arrival after being abandoned in a parking lot. He is finished with all vetting however he did test positive for heartworms. Joey is starting the beginning of heartworm treatment. If you would like to add Joey to your family, please complete an application at www.ctdr.org. Joey loves being around his people. Best for stay-at-home person who enjoys having a happy companion. He is a great lap dog. He has separation anxiety and barks if left alone, which is easily solved with low dose anxiety meds. He is very skittish of loud noises. Joey would enjoy access to a yard, but he is also happy indoors. Joey is a sweet, happy dog that will enjoy going for walks, cuddle with you for naps and sleep next to you at night. Best snuggle in Texas!
