Joba's Story

Update on Joba! He's doing great! really coming around and leanring how to be a happy dog! Joba is an independent boy who is very laid back and relaxed. He enjoys a good walk and watching TV. He is a little piggy when it comes to eating - this boy loves his food! He still is a little nervous when company comes and will bark at you if you don't say hello right away. He is no longer the frightened baby he was when he got here. He will be a wonderful addition to anyone's home. And the doctor says that the bladder stones will pass on their own as they are tiny & we have him on a homeopathic herbal formula to help keep them away.

Poor Joba, he was left by his previous adopter because he had bladder stones. We are having that taken care of right away and kept on the right diet he will be fine and have a long wonderful life. It's not a big deal to give him the proper dry dog food. Yes that's all there is to it. He can have chicken and stuff too, but no grain. He comes with a list of everything he can have :)
Jobe was very scared. And very camera shy right now. He doesn't understand why somebody would just dump him again! The first time was when he was just a little boy. He hadn't done anything they just didn't want a dog after all. Then this? The ultimate betrayal! Sent away because he had a problem that was easily and ultimately very very treatable.
Will you be his Furever person? Please don't let this sad little boy be left behind again. Joba is 5 yrs old and will be completely vetted before going to his new home. He is a peaceful and calm man - warms up to woman quickly, but is a little more shy with men. Once he gets petted and loved and knows he's safe he loves them too. Oh, and he has the BEST underbite I've ever seen.
Email us for an application at ourbestfriendsrescue@gmail.com
Joba's adoption fee is $300
