Jill's Story
A cozy bed, a soft blanket, and someone patient enough to earn her trust.....that’s this little girl’s wish.

This beautiful Miniature Pinscher is approximately five years old, spayed, and heartworm negative. She loves treats, snuggles up with her stuffed toys, and appreciates the comfort of a cozy dog bed.

She does very well in her kennel and often chooses to relax inside even with the door open. It’s her safe little retreat.

Coming from a breeding situation, she is fearful of unfamiliar people and needs time and space to feel comfortable. In her foster home, she has begun warming up to her caregiver around the 48-hour mark. Her new family should allow her whatever time she needs, without rushing introductions or affection.

We’re seeking a quiet, adult-only home, ideally with a retired or stay-at-home person or couple who can offer a gentle, predictable routine.

She has a collapsing trachea that causes an occasional cough, but she is currently doing very well. She currently eats wet food and may need to continue that long term. We will review her medical history, feeding routine, and ongoing care needs with prospective adopters.

There is something special about watching a frightened little dog learn she is safe. Could you be the person who gives her that chance?

Apply at rescuerehomerepeat.com

Adoption application

https://form.jotform.com/200845614015144

*** no out of state adoptions(Louisiana)****

THIS IS A LIFE TIME OF THE PET COMMITMENT
WE DON'T TAKE ADOPTIONS LIGHTLY, NOR SHOULD YOU

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, comprehensive exam, treatment for external and internal parasites, 30 days of free pet insurance .Heartworm testing is done on all dogs 8 months and over.
