Jill's Story

Jill is a 1 year old Boston Terrier mix that weighs about 30lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and on heart worm prevention.

Meet Jill, a perfectly sweet girl with the cutest perky ears! Jill found herself in rescue when she was found wandering the streets after a snow and ice storm. Some very nice people took her in to save her from freezing outside. We do believe that she was someone's dog at some point, because she knows some commands such as "sit", "shake", and "down", where she lays on her tummy and wants belly rubs. She has the best disposition and is the perfect combo and sweet and fun. She enjoys playing with the dog she is currently in foster care with, and we believe she would do well in any home with 3 dogs or less. She is both crate trained and house trained, will let you know when she needs to go out, and has never had an accident in the house. She loves a good chew toy. Jill loves to lay in the sunshine-thats how bostons recharge :) She would love a yard to run around in and play. With some practice, she now walks on leash with her harness without any issues. After some play, Jill will plop down in her dog bed for some much needed rest. She does well with children of all ages. Jill is a lover and loves to snuggle and hug her humans. Jill has so much love to give and will make someone a wonderful companion!

If you would like to give Jill her forever home, please submit an application at southerncrossbtr.com. The adoption fee is $375. She is being fostered in Bell Buckle, TN. Approved adopters must be willing to travel to where the dog is being fostered in order to adopt them.

For a complete listing of all of our available Bostons, or to learn more about SCBTR, please visit our website at www.southerncrossbtr.com.
