Jigsaw is a sweet, goofy boy with a heart of gold! <br/>He was found alongside his mom and six siblings after in Little River Canyon National Park in Alabama. We estimate his birthday to be in December 2025. <br/><br/>Jigsaw appreciates things on his own terms, he'll warm up even faster if you let him come to you. He's loyal, curious, and determined, the kind of pup who will stick with a challenge until he figures it out or until someone tells him what a very good boy he is.<br/><br/>Jigsaw is a lover and a wrestler in equal measure, happiest when he's right in the thick of a good play session. He's currently living with cats and doing great, eating and drinking well, and starting to respond to basic commands including sit. <br/>With some chew toys, a little guidance, and a whole lot of love, this devoted, fun-loving boy is going to make someone an incredible companion. If you're looking for a pup who will make you laugh, keep you on your toes, and snuggle up at the end of the day, Jigsaw is your guy!<br/><br/>Jigsaw weighs a bit over 15 lbs and is patiently waiting for his forever home!<br/><br/>YOUR ADOPTION FEE COVERS: Transport to Maine, age specific vaccinations, Health certificate, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm/lyme/ehrlichia test, worming & martingale collar.<br/><br/>Adoption fees:<br/>Through 6 months of age $450;<br/>7 months to through 5 years $400;<br/>6 years and under 9 years $325: bonded pairs are $500;<br/>9 years and older $250: bonded pairs are $300<br/><br/>This dog is available unless it is marked as Pending, meaning Pending Adoption. This dog is in foster care locally, ONLY if Maine is listed next to the dogs name; otherwise, the dog is still waiting with our partner rescue for an adoption or foster home in New England.<br/><br/>All dogs have a current Health Certificate for transport. All imported dogs are quarantined 14 days prior to getting on transport.ve had annual heartworm tests and are on heartworm preventative.<br/><br/>FOR PUPPIES: PLEASE READ!!<br/>Homes considering Puppies must be prepared for:<br/>Flexible Schedules for Potty Training. Puppies can only hold urine for one hour per month of age. Crate Training for the next 10 months to keep them safe from chewing on everything in your home. Supervision with Children and Obedience training.<br/>Socialization; both with new people, children and other dogs outside of the home.<br/>Homes that want a well behaved dog, must be prepared to put the time, effort and costs associated to train a puppy.
