JESSIE- Needs a foster/forever home!'s Story

Estimated birthdate: January 2023

A good Samaritan found Jessie in a park, and she was very pregnant. They took her home to keep her out of the cold. Jessie delivered 3 beautiful babies (Oreo, Bree, and Amos) in less than 24 hours. The good Samaritan contacted us, and we welcomed the little family into our rescue.

Once Jessie gets to know you, she is such a big lover. Jessie loves belly rubs, walks, and loves to snuggle! Jessie loves playing in a kiddie pool! (May be good with other dogs after a slow introduction. Unknown how she is with cats. Children 15 years old or older. Jessie's forever home is REQUIRED to have a totally enclosed, physically fenced yard where she can run, play, and hang out with her people. She is up to date on her vaccinations, microchipped, on heartworm preventative, microchipped and crate-trained. She is doing well with potty training. Jessie will be spayed once her milk has dried up.

All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same-day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year to attend 1 obedience class (6-week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI, to adopt one of our dogs. No out-of-state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters. Jessie's adoption fee is $300.

JESSIE WOULD LOVE TO BE IN A FOSTER HOME WHILE SHE IS WAITING TO BE ADOPTED.
