Despite everything she’s been through, she is now safe and slowly learning what it means to be loved and cared for.<br/><br/>Jessie is dog friendly and would do best in a patient, understanding home that will allow her time to decompress and build confidence at her own pace. She is still learning that people can be trusted and that life in a home can be safe and comforting.<br/><br/>Because of her past, Jessie will need continued support with potty training and adjusting to everyday routines.
