Hi! My name is Jessie! I'm a 5-year old male tricolor beagle! I'm a sweet, easy-going guy! I love to sniff in the backyard. I'm great with other dogs. I used to be chained to an old steel drum lying on it's side with the bottom cut out. That's where I went when the weather was bad. But then I went to Nittany Beagle Rescue. I'm in a foster home now, & I'm learning about housetraining & living in a home with people. I LOVE it! Although, I'm still pretty nervous right now - this is all so new to me! Please think about making me part of your family! When Nittany Beagle Rescue learns more about me, they'll post it. I'm up-to-date on vaccines & neutered. So I'm ready for my forever home! Nittany Beagle Rescue's Adoption Policy
Thank you for your interest in adopting a rescue dog & Nittany Beagle Rescue! We are a foster-home based rescue. We hold showings on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month at Lyons Kennels in Bellefonte, PA from 11am - 1pm. You can meet some of our dogs then! Please email or send a PM on our FB page if you want to know if a particular dog will be at the showing. If you are interested in a particular dog, or a type of dog, please submit an application to foster or adopt (it's the same application form). Once you have an approved application for a dog, we will connect you with the dog's foster parent. Typically the potential adopter & foster talk on the telephone first. Then if the dog seems like a good fit, we arrange a personal meet & greet.
