Jersey is a 6 year old Rottie taht has lived the last three years outside. His owner had to serve time so he asked his sister to care for his dog. When Jersey came in to the vets he had to be carried he was so thin and weak! After spending 6 weeks in the hospital he came back to The Ark of Hope to finish getting well. It was no time he was gaining weight and resumeing his friendly personality! In one month he gained 23 pounds!!!
