He’s fully vetted, crate trained, and potty trained, making him a great candidate for the right home.<br/><br/>Jerry gets along well with other dogs and does well with kids, but we’re looking for a home with children 10 years and older who understand how to respectfully interact with dogs. A physically fenced yard is also required so he can safely burn off some energy and enjoy time outside.<br/><br/>True to the Doberman breed, Jerry is a classic Velcro dog. He wants to be wherever his people are—whether that’s relaxing on the couch or following you from room to room. He’s a smart boy who is already learning basic obedience commands and will thrive with continued training, structure, and engagement.<br/><br/>Because Jerry forms strong bonds with his people, he would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. Bluegrass Doberman Rescue's Adoption Policy
All of our dogs are currently in foster homes.  An application must be completed on our website (www.bluegrassdobermanrescue.org) to start the adoption process in order to adopt one of our dogs. All visits are by appointment.
