Meet Jerry a 8 year old mix breed! I came to the shelter not long ago because my family lost their home. I lived with another dog who I did great with! I also lived with a cat but I loved to chase it! There were kids in the home as well, so I am just a good all around family dog. While I was shy and nervous when I first arrived, I quickly came out of my shell and love the staff and people who come to see me. Speaking of love, I really love stuffed toys that squeak! I'm a smart guy as well and I will sit, stay and wait if you have a treat. I am very food motivated as you can tell by my body shape. Food is life!! If your looking for a dog who would enjoy walks, is potty trained and will be happy to keep you warm in your bed at night then I am your guy.
