Hi there! My name is Jeffery, <br/>I am a younger, 2-year-old, hound/black mouth cur type dog who was brought to the shelter as a stray in early March. I am fully grown and considered a medium sized dog. I sadly tested positive for heartworms, but the good news!? ...my friends here at the shelter will treat me for these icky heartworms even after I am adopted. I just need to come by a few times for some sleep overs, and I'll hopefully be right as rain! I am a gigantic cuddler and my preferred home is one with lots of love and hugs. I came in with another pup, but my friends here do not know how I'll be with cats or small kiddos. I do kindly ask that I meet my prospective canine and human siblings before we go home.
