Jay

Jay is about 1 year old as of late July, 2010 and may be a lab/boxer mix. He is very sweet and calm and loving. He and his pals Robin and Wren were all rescued by a good samaritan who volunteers to transport shelter dogs to new destinations. During a drop off transport from one driver to another, these 3 dogs wandered up to her at a busy restaurant parking lot near an interstate. The owner of the dogs then approached this driver shortly after and said the dogs followed him to the restaurant from his nearby home. He said he had too many dogs and wanted her to take them. He could not afford food or medical care. She has graciously agreed to pay for their vetting and they are now adoptable.
