Jay's Story

Don't let Jay's grey nuzzle fool you! He is an energetic 6 year old, labrador/pitt mix who is looking for his forever home. He is a curious, playful and affectionate companion.

He is house trained and crate trained but doesn't love it because he is an active guy. He knows some basic commands: sit, down, stay, come and is very bright. I'm sure he could learn more. Jay pulls on the leash but once he has the proper collar on he is very manageable and loves to explore. He loves food (will eat whatever you give him) but not food possessive. He is best with sensitive dog food.

Jay is very friendly, eager to greet guests at his home and is great with other dogs. Doesn't want to be without his people. Will follow you around the house and doesn't sit until you do. Then he likes to cuddle on the couch or he'll obediently lay on his dog bed. He would be a great family dog as he loves to be part of the action.

Jay is looking for a loving home where he can be a devoted family member.
