Jaxx's Story

Oh my sweet boy Jaxx.. how we wish we could find the humans who treated you so poorly and give them a piece of our minds. Jaxx found himself at the shelter very skinny and terrified. The shelter staff saw him shaking uncontrollably in his kenel and did their best to console him with no luck. It was until he was put into a play group with several other dogs that Jaxx lit up like the loving boy that he is and showed us what a rockstar partier he truly is. The ZOOMIES with this boy are UNMATCHED. Although he's a little guy (weighing in at 17 lbs), he loves to romp around with larger pups (and small ones). He also loves KITTIES!!

Jaxx is around 3 years old and is a true animal companion dog-- and his ideal home involves one with another animal that he can bond with, He is weary of humans at first (most likely due to abuse) but has never shown an ounce of aggression. He will need a patient family who will give him the time to learn that humans aren't scary. Another pup or kitty that loves dogs would help him feel safe while he learns the ropes in his new home. Jaxx is great when left alone, he is potty trained, and walks great on leash. We can tell that Jaxx is craving affection and just hasn't learned that it's safe, but when he gets pets you can see him melt into them which is the most touching thing to witness.

Please text Claire for any interest in this angel @ 323-636-9330
