Jax's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Nancy (nancy.hemphill@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Jax is a 2-year-old neutered 80# lab that is super energetic and ball motivated. He loves kids, is nervous of men, but warms up quickly to them. He is house and crate trained and does well with other large dogs. It is unknown how he is with cats or small creatures. All Day Dog Adventures in Kalispell will donate 2 free private training sessions to work on his training. He has eaten rocks before, resulting in emergency surgery, so he will need continued monitoring and structure to prevent this behavior in the future. He is thriving with structure and is trained to use a basket muzzle for outside time if needed. Jax is a typical, friendly, handsome black lab.
