Dogs Without Collars Rescue intakes healthy adoptable dogs from Egypt and Thailand. Shelley Austin and Dominique Rousselle, founders of the rescue, are colleagues on the Board of Directors for the Toronto Humane Society, and are both experienced and knowledgeable about animal welfare and rescue. Our mission is to find excellent forever homes for the most needy of dogs from those areas of the world where there is no possibility of being rehomed in their country of origin.
