I am available! <br/>I was brought in as a stray, but no one claimed me. I am now looking for a new home! I am a sweet boy, but it can take me a bit to get used to you. Once I am comfortable with you, I am extremely sweet and affectionate! I am estimated to be around 1-2 years old and appear to be a German Shepherd-Pit mix weighing close to 80lbs. I am a big boy and am very strong! I know most basic commands and appear to be housetrained. I will need work walking on a leash as I can pull very hard. I have not gotten along with the other adult dogs here at the shelter, but I did good with young puppies with brief interactions. I have not seen a cat before. I would do best in a home with no other animals, but I have potential to grow with a young submissive dog with the proper introduction. I would do great around older kids 12 and up that respect my boundaries and can keep up with my energy levels. I would likely knock over small kids and would not appreciate littles in my face. I am not yet neutered, but have an appointment scheduled on April 23rd. I am already vaccinated and microchipped, now ready to meet my new loving family!
