Java

Nickname: Javvy Coffee (not a paid sponsor lol)<br/><br/>Meet Java, the playful jock who is always ready for some fun, love, and a good adventure! His name is pretty fitting because before he gets his energy out, he can be a little bit like you just handed him a fresh cup of coffee! Once Java gets moving, though, he is ready to PLAY. Football? Tennis ball? Basketball? You name it, Java thinks it's the best toy ever! He loves toys of all kinds, especially the ones that can stand up to his enthusiasm, and he is always ready for a good game of fetch, a romp around the play yard, or a long walk with his volunteer friends. Java regularly gets out through our Doggie Day Out program and has become a favorite for adventures outside the shelter. When the games are over, this playful guy is more than happy to settle in for some cuddles and affection. He is good with the majority of dogs he meets, so if you have another pup at home, come down for a meet-and-greet to make sure the chemistry is just right! Java is a well-mannered, social, affectionate guy who would be a fantastic addition to an active family looking for a dog who can keep up with them and then happily crash on the couch for cuddles afterward. He has been waiting for his forever home long enough-come help Java find his team!
