Jassie ~ ADOPTED!'s Story
Miss Jassie is an adorable 13 yr old senior Sheltie, owner surrender out of KY who can no longer care for her furbaby. (It was a VERY difficult decision so no negative comments please.) Jassie is on the small side @ merely 14# but can pack a big punch when learning her place in the pack here in rescue. Sweet as sugar this lil one is and what we call an 'easy keeper'. Having some issues with her rear leg although she does use it. We had exam and xrays done and found that she has a pinched nerve in her spine. A regimen of medications have been started and next steps to be determined depending on how she responds.
