Jasper is an adorable one year old Terripoo. He is only about 15 pounds and can definitely add a few pounds. He has the energy of a young puppy still. He is extremely sweet and playful. He will shed very little because he has hair rather than fur. He was found as a stray and deserves a second chance at having a great life.
