Jasper is a 5 month old male poodle/pomeranian mix and he weighs about 13 pounds. He is still a growing puppy and we are not sure exactly what his adult weight will be, so his new family will need to be prepared for him to grow until he is done, LOL! If you need a pup to be under a specific weight, or over, Jasper probably isn't the pup for you:) Jasper arrived in rescue after being surrendered when his family realized a puppy was more than they were prepared for. He has been in a loving foster home since he was 16 weeks old. He is an active puppy that will need a family up for all things puppyhood brings - leash training, house training, socialization and learning that flip flops are for feet, not food. Poodles (and poodle mixes) are very smart and very active and need a family that will understand this, as well as their grooming needs. His foster mom says: A quiet, sweet soul with a heart full of love for his people, Jasper is a gentle guy. He may be a little shy but once he trusts you, he’s your devoted best friend for life. Jasper had a rough start with some tummy troubles, so he’s still on his way to getting his full strength and weight back. But nothing makes him happier than pets, snuggles, and belly rubs—he’ll happily soak up your attention for hours. He’s a calm, affectionate companion who will reward your patience and kindness with unwavering loyalty.<br/><br/>Jasper is neutered, up to date on vaccines, on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped.<br/><br/>Jasper is fostered in the Orlando area and his adoption donation is $500.
