Jason (fka Soli)'s Story

Jason (formerly Soli, affectionately known as Mr. Wigglebutt ) is a stunning brindle Cane Corso mix with a heart as big as his paws. After escaping the euthanasia list in Modesto, Jason made his way to Washington and is now ready to find the forever family he's always deserved.

Jason is incredibly people-loving and thrives on human connection — especially when treats are involved! He greets everyone with his signature cropped-tail wiggle and goofy charm. He's a confident, social boy who does well with other dogs and responds appropriately to canine cues. At approximately 90 lbs and still filling out, Jason is a true XL companion with energy to match.

He sleeps quietly in his kennel overnight, is doing well with both house and leash training, and loves tagging along for car rides and outings. Jason is also great with kids, but due to his size and occasional lack of awareness of just how big he is, he would do best with dog-savvy, respectful children.

Ideal Home:
Jason would thrive in an active home that will continue his training and provide structure. He would do best either as the only dog or with a female canine companion who matches his energy and play style. A feline-free home is required.

Jason at a glance:

Male Cane Corso mix

Approx. 1.5 years old

~90+ lbs and growing

Healthy & up to date on vaccines

Neuter appointment pending

Dog-friendly (best with a female dog or as the only pet)

Good with kids (dog-aware kids recommended)

No cats

Jason is a big, affectionate goofball who's ready to give his whole heart to the right family — could that be you?

Jason is being fostered in the PNW area

Jason's adoption fee is $500

www.northwestwagrescue.org
