Surrounded by addiction, instability, and constant chaos. When her owner made the difficult decision to enter rehab, he asked us to step in.<br/><br/>January is full of spunk and sass. She is a cuddler with a need to feel safe. Loves to play other dogs and run free in a yard. All the things she never had in Skid Row. We think she is partially deaf but that doesn't stop her at all.
