Janice's Story

The One Where Janice Finds A Family

A litter of pit bull/poodle mix puppies came to North Paw as owner surrenders at the beginning of October. Well, actually, they’re pit bull/staffordshire terrier/poodle/shih tzu and a little bit of several other breeds. Whatever they are, these pups are adorable and looking for forever homes now.

You might take one look at Janice and immediately go “Oh. My. God!” and who could blame you? She’s tiny and adorable. Just look at that face.

Janice is the smallest of the puppies from her litter but she hasn’t really let that slow her down. She’s recently found her voice and she is not afraid to use it to let her siblings and her foster family know that she has opinions about matters.

She’s also the sweetest of the litter. She loves her people once she’s warmed up to them. She can be a bit nervous at first but that’s to be expected from a puppy who has been stepped on by her siblings all her life because she’s littler than they are!

Left to her own devices Janice will snuggle in her bed or play with her toys to entertain herself. But she does love having people around.

She’s still working on potty training but we’re sure she’ll succeed with patience and repetition.

Janice's adoption fee is $700! This adoption fee includes: her alter, a microchip, her rabies, bordetella, and age appropriate DAPP vaccines, flea/heartworm preventative, and a deworming treatment while in foster care.

If you think she may be perfect for you, please apply using the link below!

https://www.cognitoforms.com/NorthPawRescue/NorthPawRescueAdoptionApplication

**Unfortunately, we cannot adopt out to Canada at this time.

**We require a 60 minute adoption radius. This dog is currently being fostered in Chili, NY.
