Jane

Jane is a sweet, tender-hearted girl who is slowly learning that people can be safe and life can be good. It has taken her several weeks to really start opening up with us, but every little bit of progress has let us see more of the loving girl underneath.<br/>As she becomes comfortable, Jane's personality starts to shine. She enjoys playing with toys, being near the people she trusts, and is beginning to understand what it feels like to simply relax and be loved. <br/>Jane will need a very patient and gentle person who won't rush her and will allow her to build trust in her own time. We truly believe that once she realizes she is safe and that her person isn't going anywhere, she has so much love waiting to give.<br/>Jane is currently heartworm positive and undergoing treatment. We will work right alongside her adopter to make a plan for continuing her treatment and getting her through it together.<br/><br/>Jane may take a little longer to give you her heart, but we have a feeling that once she does, she's going to give you the whole thing.
