Thankfully, with proper medical care, good nutrition, and lots of love, he has absolutely blossomed and is now thriving in foster care here in the United States.<br/><br/>His foster mom says James is one of the sweetest puppies imaginable. He loves to snuggle, enjoys being around people, and settles beautifully into home life.
