Jake loves to run, explore, and follow his nose wherever it leads, staying true to his Beagle roots.<br/><br/>Because Jake is quite the adventurer, a standard chain-link fence won’t contain him. He’ll need a securely fenced yard with a solid wood fence or another escape-proof alternative to keep him safe while he enjoys outdoor time.<br/><br/>Jake does have some scar tissue and arthritis in his rear knees due to a past injury that went untreated. Because of this, he may experience occasional discomfort and takes pain medication as needed to help keep him comfortable.
