Jake's Story
Jake is a pup with a bright mind and a big heart. He is curious, alert, and eager to learn — the kind of pup who notices everything and loves having a job to do (even if that job is following you around).

He's still very much a puppy, which means he's playful, energetic, and soaking up training like a sponge. Jake would thrive with an adopter who enjoys walks, games, and teaching new skills. With consistency and patience, he's going to be an amazing companion.

Jake would do best in a home that can give him mental stimulation, exercise, and structure, and in return he'll give loyalty, enthusiasm, and lots of happy tail wags. If you're looking for a smart, fun young dog to grow up with you, Jake is ready to be your sidekick.

Watch videos of Jake here!
https://youtube.com/shorts/NIaDrK14jKw
https://youtube.com/shorts/bZnTzzaIgpc?feature=share
https://youtube.com/shorts/NsxyTDBX8R8?feature=share

House trained: Yes - can ring a bell to let you know he needs to go outside
Leash trained: Yes
Kennel trained: Yes
Rides well in a car: Overall, yes
Good with other dogs: Yes, loves to play!
Good with cats: Can be a bit much for cats, would do best in a home without them
Good with young children (under 10): Very friendly but due to herding instincts, we'd prefer older children
Shy or confident: Confident
Barks: Sometimes when playing
Apartment qualified: No due to age and potential size restrictions
Health concerns or special needs: None

We believe this puppy/dog is possibly a heeler mix and was born around 7-22-2025.
