Jake's Story

Macho Man, Jake, is always up for fun. He's only 2 years young! He is a stunning German Shepherd with a big heart and an even bigger love for life. Jake found himself in a shelter through no fault of his own—now he’s ready for the fresh start he deserves.

This handsome boy is active and playful: fetch is his favorite game, and he’ll happily chase the ball as long as you’re willing to throw it! When it’s time to cool down, Jake enjoys lounging in a kiddie pool, splashing around with a big shepherd smile on his face.

Jake is strong, silly, playful and eager to make his person happy. He needs a brush up on his obedience skills, but he's a very quick learner. Affectionate, he loves to lean on you and show you his love. Jake would do best in a home with an experienced owner, and we recommend him for a single-dog household.
