JAILDOG Bella German Shepherd Dog Lawrenceville, GA

Beautiful Bella is a recruit in Operation Second Chance, also known as the Gwinnett Jaildog Program. This great program saves shelter dogs from euthanasia, placing them with inmates at the county jail who have been approved to train and nurture them so that they will be good pets in their permanent adoptive homes. The goal is for each dog to be leash trained, housebroken, and have knowledge of basic obedience commands.

Our gorgeous Bella from our Gwinnett Jail Dogs Program is still waiting for the right, loving family to find her. She has been with the program for almost 3 years and needs a home where she is the only dog. She is a senior girl who is approximately eight years old with some arthritis/hip issues that go along with the German Shepherd breed. She would be a great addition for a family without small children and someone that is familiar with a working breed dog. Bella is fully vetted -- spayed, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and deworming. Her adoption fee is $250 (cash only, please).
