Jade's Story

Jade is a very sweet girl who was surrendered after we were contacted about her sitting in a North Carolina animal shelter. She was surrendered by her owner because of the back to back UTI (urinary tract infection) she kept getting. She has had X-rays and ultrasounds that all showed normal. She is currently on antibiotics and seems to be responding. We will keep her on UTI supplements to help support her bladder. She is housebroken and is good about holding it until she is let outside. Jade does great with other animals and has been tested with large and small dogs. We learned she is not good with cats and will chase them. Jade is a very happy, loving girl who loves to be with family. She is crate trained, but will throw a fit at first. She does settle in and is great in her crate through the night. Jade is a scruffy and stocky girl who is eager to please and just wants to be a part of a family. Petty Pawz Rescue's Adoption Policy

Adopters will reach out to the rescue directly to inquire about the animal they are interested in adopting. They will be required to apply for the animal and sign an agreement that lists our terms and conditions if they chose to adopt. If their application is approved, we will invite them to a meet and greet with their family and companion(s). Once the rescue approves the family, they will pay the adoption fee for that animal and additional agreements and will be able to take. the animal home.

Petty Pawz Rescue is committed to the care and wellbeing of our animals. We do not breed, or age discriminate and welcome all cats and dogs, that are in need, into our rescue. We provide a safe loving home until we are able to approve a qualified family to adopt. We stand by all of our animals for the lifetime of that pet.
