Jacob is a male, 65ish lb, very handsome Golden Retriever being surrendered by his family as they have a growing family and do not have time to take appropiate care of Jacob, so feel it in his best interest to be re-homed where he can get the love and attention he needs and deserves.<br/><br/>We are happy to report Jacob is in a foster home and they have told us so far that:<br/><br/>"He definitely would be happiest and flourish in a home where his family is home more than not... a work from home situation or a part time worker (we are retired). He doesn't even like to go outside to potty by himself. He is not fully trustworthy, even in the next room, however, he is VERY trainable as we have made huge strides in less than 2 weeks! Jacob is incredibly sweet and playful and LOVES everyone!"<br/><br/>This guy rides well in the car, is very friendly with everyone, and does not guard food or toys. Jacob came from a home with kids under 5 and is house-trained but not crate-trained. He is looking for a home with a family who will have the time and patience to help him through his adjustments to a new home and can give him lots of love and TLC.
