Just over a year old, he's been with us since he was a tiny puppy, and he is more than ready to find the forever home he's been waiting for.<br/><br/>Jacob is a terrier mix weighing approximately 16 kg. He arrived at SULA with his four siblings, two of them—Henry and Eliana—are also still waiting for their own happy endings.<br/><br/>Jacob is a happy, playful boy with a heart full of love. He adores meeting new people, his sweet, friendly nature makes him an absolute joy to be around.<br/><br/>He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves spending time with volunteers and staff. His favourite activities include long walks, chasing a ball, splashing in the river, and running around with his canine friends. <br/><br/>Jacob would thrive in an active home where he can enjoy plenty of adventures and playtime. While he'd be perfectly happy as an only dog, he would absolutely love having a canine companion to share his days with.<br/><br/>After waiting so long, Jacob deserves a family to call his own. <br/><br/>If you would like to have Jacob become a member of your family please complete the attached application. <br/><br/>We adopt out our dogs locally in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico as well as Canada and the United States. Once adopted we fly the dog with a volunteer flight angel to their forever home (nearest airport.)<br/><br/>What does it cost to adopt me?<br/><br/>The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.<br/><br/>What does the fee include?<br/><br/>Vet blood work and check up, including all needed follow-ups, any medications needed to get him healthy, spay or neuter by vet, food and care while at SULA, the vet pre-flight check up and clearance and any needed meds before flying, transport to the airport, all paperwork, all vaccinations, the cost for the airline transport, and use of a kennel in transport, harness and leash for arrival, and endless love.<br/><br/>About Us<br/><br/>The SULA Society - Saving Unloved Lovable Animals.<br/><br/>We are a dog rescue and shelter in Mexico that gives the homeless dogs of Puerto Vallarta a second chance.
