Jackson almost didn't make it. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>This scruffy little guy is Jackson, a 3–4 year old male terrier who was found wandering the streets of Tijuana, Mexico and was moments away from being hit by a car before someone stepped in to save him.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>And yes... he may look a little crazy in the photo but we're pretty sure it's the lighting... or maybe just his terrier personality shining through.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>Either way, Jackson is absolutely adorable. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>Like so many dogs coming out of Tijuana, Jackson was simply trying to survive on his own in a dangerous world.
